The Office Agents – Client Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

• These terms govern the services provided by The Office Agents to clients seeking office space listings.

2. Definitions

• Acceptable Payment Methods: Bank transfer, Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard/Visa).
• Business Day: Any day except Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
• Customer: A client seeking office space.
• Data Protection Legislation: Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and other relevant privacy laws.
• Services: Office space introductions, office option shortlistings, previewings on your behalf, accompanied viewings, communications assistance and customer support provided by The Office Agents.

• You/Your: The client seeking office space.

3. Services

• The Office Agents will introduce clients to office spaces based on their requirements.
• Listings are provided based on the availability and suitability of the workspace.
• Prior viewings can be conducted on your behalf to shortlist and streamline the process.
• The Office Agents will accompany you on your viewings where required
• The Office Agents will facilitate communications assistance with the chosen service provider.

4. Fees and Payments

• As standard Clients are not directly charged for introductions; fees are collected from service providers. However a retainer fee can be negotiated for Clients who wish to receive a continuous service across time or locations.

5. Data Protection

• The Office Agents will handle personal data in compliance with Data Protection Legislation.
• Clients’ data will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating office space introductions and for conducting prior viewings.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information and promptly respond to communications.
• Clients are responsible for attending scheduled viewings and communicating any changes or cancellations in advance.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties must maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Confidential information includes any non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed during the course of the services.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia.
• Any disagreements between The Office Agents and the client will be addressed through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. General Provisions

• These terms may be amended for legal compliance.
• The terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
